I've always enjoyed NOW's ADAM capsules, good price for the formula too.

NOW Adam is good, but lately ive been leaning towards orange triad since it has joint support as well. although OT is a bit pricey. $30 i believe for 45 days.
if i didnt want joint support for my wrists and knees i would just stick to now adam though

what do u guys think of this MV from costco?
http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product...=1&topnav=&s=1
they had a performance MV too but it had iron in it :/
the only thing im not sure about w/ this one is that its only 2500 IU of vitam A, is that enough?

not cheap, but orange triad is a great value since you will get a multi, joint supp and digestion/immune aids all in one

Multi
Quit wasting your time with these inferior multi's, get animal pak. It is by far my most important supplement. I have taking it for two years.

Source naturals multiple & sportspharma have been highly recommended. Orange Triad seems a bit expensive. And many have also mentioned NOW's ADAM. When I finish off my opti-men I'm switching to source natural.
