I have adjustable oly dumbells but hate them. I always overestimate the weight ima do and end up lowering the weight which wastes another 5 minutes. Has anyone ever used these?? I want to get the powerblocks that goes to 130 lbs. Can you feel a difference between these and regular dumbbells?

Do a search for powerblocks in this section. They get discussed a LOT. Most people who have them really like them, myself included.

Much more compact and easy to grip and hold then regular dumbbells. I have 45 pound ones and would like to go higher and unfortunately my set only has a 15 pound add on.

I have the set that goes to 85 lbs and I really like them. They take a little getting used to but they are very convenient.
