Been lurking on the boards for a while and thought I should start asking for advice...
My questions are...
What would you estimate my BF% to be at?
What kind of routine should I be doing to gain mass and strength?(1 body part per week? 4 day split? WS4SB, 5x5 ect)
Im not completely new to lifting as I have been doing it with consistency for about a year but im just unsure of what I should be doing now.
Any advice or help would be appreciated thanks a lot guys
My Info;
6?1?-6'2"
177 pounds
Deadlift: 315 1RM
Squat: 245 x 3
Bench: 185 x 5(being a little conservative)
On Summer break so I have all the time in the world to lift lol.
