    when to take L-Carnitine?

    Just got a bottle of 500mg L-Carnitine today for shedding some fat. Im not sure when is best to take it, Im thinking either at bedtime or when I wake up. When is best?

    I'll leave my comments on its efficacy for fat loss, or lack thereof and will just note that increasing muscle total carnitine via stimulation of muscle carnitine transport in part appears to be insulin-mediated. That should clue you in on when. Take enough too.
