First timer: Activate Xtreme + Lean Xtreme stack!

Sup guise, I'm hopefully gonna get my AX/LX tomorrow and I can't freakin' wait so I'm gonna write up this log a day early...

Pre-stack stats:
Weight: 81.4kg (179lbs)
Height: 1.85m (6'1")
Bench: 12x60kg (135lbs), estimated 1rm: 80kg (180lbs)
Squat: 1rm around 80kg (180lbs) (really not sure on this one, haven't squatted for a while)
Deadlift: 1rm around 135kg (300lbs)

Yes I know I suck, I just wanna get rid of this fat once and for all so I can clean bulk without jiggling when I move. Problem areas: stomach fat, hips, pec fat.


Goals:
Am going on holiday in 6 weeks, I'd like (for the first time in my life) to be able to take my shirt off without feeling self conscious, so I wanna lean up and if I'm really lucky, put on a little bit of size too.


Program & diet:
My diet will be 2500 calories per day ketogenic cycling, I eat a load of carbs on saturday, sunday morning, and none for the rest of the week. I will eat five meals a day at 500 calories each, getting around 40% of my calories from protein and 60% from fat*.
My program is a four day split: chest/triceps, back/biceps, [rest], legs, shoulders, [rest]. It's focused around the main lifts, bench, row, squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses, with some accessory exercises. I usually do about 10-15 sets per large muscle group with like 3-4 sets for arms. I will also be doing 20-30 minutes of cardio at least 4 times per week.

*I may adjust this depending on the results I get while on the product, at the moment I'm on 2000/day and this is too little (often hungry and tired) so I'm gonna bump up to 2500/day.


Supplements:
Just fish oils, joint stuff (glucosamine + MSM), creatine (ethyl ester), some amino acids + caffeine preworkout, and whey protein (brand: MyProtein whey isolate) post workout.

Thanks mate! As you can see I decided against the full PH as I won't have enough time to do a full PCT before my holiday which is a shame but hopefully I can put in some damn hard work and make some good gains with this stack!

There is NOTHING wrong with that. I am on what will be my last cycle of PH's. I don't see enough results running a PH to have to go through all the **** you have to do to play it safe. A stack like you have+protein and a good diet/workout regime will be just FINE! Good luck bro

Day 1:
So the stuff arrived this morning (0730, bloody postal service!), all in all about 30 days worth at 2 servings of AX/day and 3 servings of LX/day, so I started yesterday morning.

Did some fasted cardio in the morning, burnt off 300 calories in about 20 minutes, washed it down with a protein shake.

Diet:
Meal 1: Tuna mayo with sliced tomato and mint tea
Meal 2,3,4: Lamb mince in tomato sauce, served with more sliced tomato
Meal 5: Egg + bacon with a bit of mayo.
Total: About 2500 calories, no carbs, 200g+ protein.

So far so good. Not feeling anything from it yet but that's to be expected really.

Day 2:
Busy day, just moved back to my parents house so there was a lot of packing/unpacking done, but I did manage a morning workout, and not to eat any carbs, didn't manage to count calories though.

Workouts:
First one
Clean to front squat*: 3x5x65kg (145lbs)
Overhead press: 5,5,5,5,4 @ 45kg (100lbs) fail
Deadlift: 5x85kg (190lbs) (just wanted to see how it'd feel)
Pull ups: 7 wide grip, 4 wide grip, 4 close grip, then 2 close grip with 5kg (10lbs) weight with slow negatives.
All in all not a bad workout, I'm a bit disappointed not to have made my 5x5 overhead presses but I haven't done that in a while.

Diet:
Meal 1: Tuna mayo with sliced tomato and mint tea
Meal 2,3: Beef mince with onions and some tomato
Meal 4: Fajitas (chicken + peppers and onions fried up) with some avocado and mayo.
No carbs, plenty of protein.

Supps:
Still not feeling anything but it's early days yet.

Day 3:

Went running with my dog in the morning, had plenty of energy but from mid-afternoon onwards felt pretty lethargic. Also today felt really vascular, might have been the heat or it might have been the AX kicking in

Day 4:
Strong cheat day!

Had some like oat cereal for breakfast with milk + protein powder (can't have been good for me), then went rock climbing for 2 hours, that was my workout for the day. Damn hard work.

Came back and had like spaghetti with meat, loads of carbs overall. Still feeling pretty vascular and lean, but I don't expect the carb-up did anything good to my weight.

Day 5:
Boring as hell day... Diet was ample - minimal carbs involved, did a workout too:

Clean to front squat: 5,4,4 @ 67.5kg (150lbs)
Flat DB press: 5,5,5,5,5 @ 27.5kg (61lbs)
BB Row: 5,5,5,5 @ 62.5kg (140lbs)
Diamond push ups: 8,7,7,6
Followed with some skipping for cardio.

All in all not a great workout - failed my 3x5 on front squats. Maybe I'm still waiting for this sh*t to kick in. Also weighed in f*cking heavy this morning thanks to yesterdays carb-up..

Day 6:
Was gonna go rock climbing this morning but I felt ill as hell, must have crapped out half my colon. I guess that's what you get for cheating...

After feeling like death for 3 hours normal progress was resumed, and my diet was carb-free and ample.

In terms of workout all I've done is some walking and some skipping, just some light cardio. Tomorrow will be rock climbing and maybe strength training if I have any energy left (and my hands aren't torn to pieces).

Day 6,7:
Went rock climbing friday morning, and thankfully my ephedrine arrived so I've added that to my stack.



... Went and ruined everything by going out friday night, had a bit to drink (not much, managed to restrain myself) and didn't get a great night's sleep. My diet saturday was poor, too.

Tomorrow I get back into the groove...

Also forgive me if I leave some gaps in this journal but at the moment lifting sadly seems to be taking kinda a back seat, so I've got other **** on my mind
