I have been achieving personal bests for all body parts, strength is good, energy seems good, diet is good. (On a moderate cut, roughly 2,000 calories a day, 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fats. Losing about one pound a week.)
Am finding that I am aching from lifting heavy. Not just muscular, but joints, etc. I am not sure what is up. As of today I am adding a calcium supplement in case I'm not getting enough but am really stumped as to what is going on. Until the end of last week I was feeling pretty darned good, now it feels like my body is in rebellion.
I try to take a break before I've done a body part 12 consecutive weeks. For instance, last week I didn't do chest. I am at about 8-10 weeks on most other body parts, have not taken an actual week off - although about 10 weeks ago I took half a week off two weeks in a row.
Not sure if it's because my body just needs a break or if this comes with the territory. Please let me know if it's normal and/or if there are things I can do to work through it. Also going to see my sports chiropractor on Friday for this very thing to see what he has to say, but also thought I'd ask in the forum because there's always such great insight here!

Thanks!
