Question Fat tire needs to go flat

I have been working and working and working on my abs for a lot of years now with no progress. Now, it's moving to my back and can't stand it! I need a good regiment to take care of this gelatinous goo! Thanks.

I have a great diet and I work out 5 to 6 days a week with intensive cardio. That's why I am seeking some ideas.

Not so easy or hard

You cant sit up your way to a 6 pack if your diet sucks! If you are not going to clean up your diet and add some Cardio you will never get down to the low % of body fat! And on top of all that as you get older it gets harder to get it off. I think you need to go to the post on fat loss start a food log to help track your diet and train like mad! Think of food as fuel and only run on premium!

I am doing crossfit and even adding exercises after that. I have dropped a notch on my belt so far but am wondering if there is a better ab workout. My diet was bad when I was home because I was eating homemade Mexican food 3 times a day. Now that I am over where I am, I thought that it would be a little faster than this. Maybe I am just too impatient?

Yeah patience is key. Toning the abs is definitely one of the most challenging things to do, but like everyone else has said the keys are diet and cardio, not a lot of sit ups.
