Can we talk about puffy nipples?
Ive been doing cardio regularly since August 2008, and lifting for about 6 months.
I was 265lbs, today I weight 212!
Since August I have seen my he-boobs shrink and my muscles and strength grow.
Now, I have some fat I want to get rid of, but most of all, I have puffy nipples.
About the size of a quarter and they are noticeable.
I was thinking of taking an anti-estrogen, but wanted serious opinions before taking any product.

i have kinda the same thing going on...i dont think anti estrogens will help unless you have small lumps there...if its just fatty deposits im pretty sure they will have to be burned off thru excercise or surgically removed.

The way to get rid of it is just drop overall bodyfat percentage right? and the last place it could come off is the chest.. right? But will it also be the first place you put on when in a bulk? Or does fat go on more evenly than it comes off?

Gyno is a very hard lump not a poofy nipple. So no he doesnt got dat der gyno.
Just continue working out with high reps, eat right, and your Body fat will decrease which in turn will tighten those nips up where they should be.

Surgery is the only way to get rid of the hard lumps and fatty breast tissue. No amount of cardio and weight lifting will help. It is a condition.
Once the hard lumps and breast tissue are removed, they have to tighten your skin chest so you do not have puffy areolos.

Any idea what your bf% is? I need to be below 12% before I see an improvement and near single digits before I'm comfortable with my shirt off. Unless there is a lump under the tissue, it is just fat and will eventually come off. I know sometimes it may not feel that way, but keep at it.

I believe I am near 18%.
I have large nipples, and i feel a small ball of fat behind my nipples. But, unlike most of the pics of men with gyno, My nipples done sag.

Puffy Nipples are a subtle form of gynecomastia. Losing weight can be great for the fat, but will not help with gland. Actually the gland can stick out more and be more noticeable as the fat goes away. I work with many Bodybuilders with Gynecomastia. A common complaint is that as they build the muscle, what sits on top of the muscle gets pushed out further.
Puffy Nipple Anatomy consists of fat gland and skin. Skin can be a significant factor after weight loss.
Hope this helps,
