plus flash cards of all formulas.
plus ample amount of time. This is not something you can cram for the night before.

Go through all your old exams and study guides and do them all again, if you're unsure on how to do a particular chapter that you bombed on a test, go see a tutor on campus, there should be one even during summer school.
What math class is this?

practice practice practice, redo old problems from tests/quizzes over and over.

buy some ec sit in front of an open text book and work. Don't do the questions that are easy, because there is no point.

Go to the book and follow a problem from every section in your head. I aced physics this way. I didn't actually solve the problems myself- I rehearsed them and made sure I understood how to do every one. I guess I used the book to teach myself. Good luck.

For sure. got a 64 on my last test cause I made stupid mistakes. I've been raging all weekend cause I had an A in the class prior. And believe me I know where the math lab is

I have a cumulative accounting final in a couple of days but the same thing applies - don't memorize. Try and understand and do as many problems as you can.
