How much weight should I be lifting?

I always think Im lifting too much, so for a guy 5 foot 10, 180 lbs, how much should be bench pressed and how much curled. Just a rough estimate based on what you guys lift or used to lift. Thanks.

there's no such thing as lifting too much.

lifts are depending about how long have you been lifting.

and honestly people will flame you if you post your bicep curl lifts.

it's about bench press, squat and deadlift
    I rep back 5k+, just say 5k+

    Its not about weight.

Since you think you're lifting "too much", why don't you tell us your lifts?
