My only suggestion would be to throw in a small tub of casein for pre-bed, otherwise, very solid!
Bench: 300x5

The biggest suggestion I have was already made. Casein before bed for sure.

No experience with "Real gains"...1.5-3 is pretty good. I am on a cut now, so I eat more often, just smaller amount. On a bulk you are on the right track.

Looks pretty solid. I would recommend Pro Complex, a bit more expensive but has worked very well for me.
