    Inflammation factor, does it have any importance?

    At NutritionData, they always have an Inflammation Factor, and I have no idea what it means still. Does it have any importance or any concern? And the keto diet, the food I think is most inflammatory, so how do you counter this offset?

    Example, it's under the calorie pyramid.

    I think it's nonsense myself. I just looked at Wild salmon, and it had a huge inflammation factor, even though Omega 3 is supposed to be highly anti-inflammatory.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
