Im sorry if this thread has been started before or not but i thought it would be a great idea for everyone who is struggling to come up with one last clean meal.
For everyones benefit, please provide as exact servings as possible and the number of calories in each serving. I also suggest putting why you like it so people can decide if one would work better for them according to their goals.
My current favorite late night snack is a nice tasty smoothie. I make this smoothie in a "magic bullet" rip off.. lol. here are the servings.
16 oz. low fat milk
1-2 tbsp of ON 100% Whey
1 large banana
2 tbsp peanut butter (i perfer Naturally More, what peanut butter should be) - it is alot healthier then peter pan or jiffy peanut butter because it is all natural, has less fat, more protein, natural omega-3 and flax seed for an extra little boost. here's the nutritional facts..
http://www.naturallymore.com/index.html
about 500-650 cals depending on the amount of protein scoops and size of banana.
40-65g lean protein
11-15g healthy fat
89-110g simple/complex carbs
I love this drink because it has a mix of simple and complex carbs, both whey and casein protein (casein from milk), and healthy fats. Great snack too.

What is this 'snack' of which is spoken?
Chicken breast sammich on a wheat roll with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a glass of cold milk.
Yes milk; I ain't skeered.
And old thread is old, but still relevant. No brain, no gain.
