Before anyone flames, i have read alot of the articles about creatine and i understand what it does , increases strength and musclemass by storing more energy and pumping more water into the muscle, or something along those lines. I was going to start a creatine course tommorow however im now worried i will look fat, due to the 5-10 pounds extra weight gained from the water. My bodyfat is around 12% or so, will this added water mass make me look fatter or more muscular? thanks.

Will creatine make me look fat?
"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. - Sly Stallone (Rocky Balboa)

You will lose some definition from extra water weight. You will also look more muscular.
I used it, I didn't like the extra useless weight but I did like the help it gave on strength gains. I don't use it anymore and get on fine without it.

in my avi i was three months into a creatine cycle and my abs were still very visible. so no you will not lose your abs. just drink plenty of h2o.
Anyone can give up, its the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, thats true strength

I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.
