Soo when i started a year and a half ago i went about 4 months doing the same workout routine, which was a mix of bis, shoulders, and back.
My workout consist of monday bis and tris
Tuesday Legs
Weds shoulders and back
THurs legs
Friday chest ( Im at about 225 right now i wanna add 50 to that during summer)
Weekends off
So heres the problem. My bicepts look really big and i have little definition in my Tris. Ive been trying to do more tricept stuff on mondays but it doesnt help much. It looks goofy. Any suggestions?
