Although I am on a bodybuilding website... I do not want to be 220 pounds of solid muscle. I want a lean athletic look with a nice set of 6 pack abs. =] All the articles I have read about seeing your abs say... Just get your body fat percentage low enough... but if you don't really have much muscle is it beneficial to lower your body fat percentage really low?
- Here is me now.. I'm 6 foot tall and about 165-168 right now. Should I bulk or cut? And also can you try to guess my body fat percentage?

From January to about April I decided to lose weight I went from 200 to 160 in about 3 months. Still wasn't enough to get those 6 pack abs... So since April I have been lifting weights trying to put on mass... I have gained about 5-6 pounds. Although I am not sure how much of it is pure muscle because, I started taking creatine about a month ago... water weight?

clean bulk mate, congratulations on loosing the weight though, keep working for those abs, dedication=abs. makes sure your eating lots of lean protein and drinking lots of water.

12-13% perhaps lower.
