Your weight may not have changed, but how about your body composition? I feel that's the more meaningful statistic.

Have you been keeping track of this on a regular basis? You may be putting on enough muscle to compensate for the fat you're losing.
    5.18.2009: 209#, 22.1% BF (MIIT Cardio)
    5.25.2009: 207#, 21.4% BF (MIIT Cardio)
    6.01.2009: 208#, 20.1% BF (LISS Cardio)

For a group of people who (hopefully) understand that cheating defeats the purpose of whatever you're doing, gaming the system seems like an awfully hypocritical practice.

I don't trade reps. If you like one of my posts, rep it. If I like yours, I'll rep it. That's it.

yeah your body will adapt quickly if you continue to do the same thing over and over again.
If you are stuck I would increase cardio and see if that works for you, you could also try to carb cycle sometimes that will do the truck and shack things up.

    Hi,

I ran into a similar situation last month . . . I've been working hard for the last 4 months and dropped 35lbs, but then hit a 3-week wall where my weight didn't drop at all despite my lifting and cardio sessions being varied and a strict calorie deficit diet.

I ended-up doing a keto diet for a week, which consisted of the following:
    - Bfast: 4 eggs + 4 strips of bacon
    - Lunch: Fish or Steak + some low-carb greens
    - Dinner: 4 eggs + 2 strips of bacon
    - Snacks: tuna or eggs, and 1 spoonful of peanut butter a day
    - On days I lifted, I would use BSN Lean Dessert protien shake (1 scoop before/after) and cut out the PB to stay under the carb limit.
    - Lots of water!

It was torture, cuz you feel like crap for the first 3 days, but I lost 5 lbs that week and it got me over that hump, and once I resumed my normal diet I had not weight gain and my body started losing weight at its normal pace again. Well worth it in my opinion.

I tweaked my carb intake. I keep my protein intake pretty high between 1 and 1.5g per pound. My carb intake is very low I keep that between .5 and .75g per pound. I eat the bulk of those carbs at breakfast, pre-workout and post workout. Other meals consist of proteins and healthy fats.

Sounds like you are doing something right and still improving. Sometimes you cant go by the scale but 3 months is a long time to locked around one weight.

    Good luck.

Just a suggestion from my personal experience I lose weight faster when my intake is around 2400 cals daily if your activity level is like mine, it's possible you aren't eating enough...Like I said this works for me, but I'm still learning too
