Hello, i have a very slow metabolism and a very slow thyroid (I suffer from low thyroid). So i require lots of exercise in order to create a caloric-deficit, in order to lose weight efficiently. I would like to know. What would happen to my muscles if i do 60 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of stationary bicycling, 5 to 6 days a week? Would the 80 minutes of aerobic-exercising destroy part of my muscles? or would i burn a lot of fat this way?

Would i get into a catabolic state if i do 80 minutes of cardio a day?
