Possible to get out of a lease?
So I signed a lease for an apartment next year, and there might be a possible change or plans on why I can't move there. Is there anyway I can drop the lease without too much of a problem? I move in 2 months from now if that matters at all.

If you notify and they can get it rented out before the lease term starts they may waive any penalty. Otherwise they could hold you to the lease and the rental payments, otherwise you could sublet if allowed in contract.
