I had an accident 8 weeks ago, fractured my neck and upper back. I recently went to the doctor, and he said I shouldn't lift any weights until my 24th week mark. However, he said I can do water exercises, since they wont be putting to much pressure on my fractures. But my skin doesn't react too well with chlorine, so I avoid pools, is there anything else I can do that will help maintain my muscles as I rest the fractures?
I was thinking maybe an exercise stretch rope?

If you fractured your spine your doctor should assign a sports therapist or physiotherapist to you. He wouldn't just say oh and you should be doing these type of exercises.
Having a fracture to a vertebrae is just as serious as a break.Perfection in mind, perfect body!
