Its so new to me...
So I haven't been faithfully working out and eating as I should in a long long long time!
I am struggling to go to the gym, my husband is in the military and just left for 6 months, and I am here with no work out partner, no motivation, not eating right, I'm just one huge mess!
How do I start back up again? I haven't been to the gym in over a month and when I did I would do the workout that my husband would plan for me. Of course with two kids, volunteer work and just appts every where at the end of the day I'm beat. I have really wierd sleeping patterns and never get a full day of sleep, (Sometimes I wonder if I have a problem cause I can sleep for about almost 10 hrs and I wake up soo tired and I have not a single drop of energy in me!).
How do I start back up again? where do I start? its seems that everything I used to know from back when I joined here has changed. Along with that I don't even think I know how to work out? UGH! Anyway, I'm just one big mess! I need help!
