i saw a movie a few months ago that blew my mind. and the craziest part about it all is that the things they talk about can be proven. we are doing experiments all over the world right now involving these theories, and constatly making new discoveries and breakthroughs. the movie is called "What the Bleep". if you ever get a chance you should definitely check it out if you are interested in any of this stuff. it kinda has a side story that goes along with it to better demonstrate and explain the theories. the movie might seem kinda gay at first but the more you watch the more intriguing it becomes.
there are tons more i will add on to this when i have time. everyone else feel free to post other experiments and interesting ****.

This thread is going to be awesome, repped. I'll try looking up some more videos, it would be cool to go into things like dark matter/dark energy and below I have added a video about the casimir effect

This movie's science was horrible beyond belief. The BS factor was obvious from the word go when it tells the story that Native Americans were physically unable to see the ships of European explorers. Amazing that this ridiculous tale survived even though the native in question had no written language, they were decimated by disease, intermarriage and other such things, and so forth. Maybe the conquistadors, who surely wanted to preserve native traditions, kept the tale alive, except for that pesky language barrier.
Then we have the chiropractor. Never mind that chiropractic is a fraud, but this quack tells us that seeing something is no different than imagining it with your eyes closed. To see this phenomenon, try this experiment: drive with your eyes closed.
Oh, don't forget the Japanese guy who has containers of water that he write labels on like "i love you" or "you stink", which is actually claims hurts the water's feelings. Let me repeat this: he actually claims that water has feelings. It also knows about history, apparently, based on the response that water had to a picture of Hitler. Oh, and water can read, too! To test this theory, the goofy chick writes hearts on herself and becomes happy because humans are 70-75% water (although the movie wrongly says 90%). IF that works, maybe we should write "please do not hijack this plane" on all airliner seat cushions.
I don't think I should have to even talk about Hagelin's nonsense about how people in Washington DC reduced crime simply by wishing for it.
Of course, I have left the best for last, as this film that pretends to be scientific has repeated appearances by JZ Knight, who claims to channel the spirit of Ramtha, the warrior spirit of Atlantis!
This movie is worthless. Whenever someone talks about some crap like mysticism, physic powers, or other such crap, they inevitably invoke quantum physics. Well, anyone who has taken a high school physics class knows that quantum physics has nothing to do with spirit warriors, emotional water droplets, or psychic crime reduction.
If you wish to appreciate quantum physics, recognize this movie for the diarrhea dump it is.

Sorry I just watched a few seconds and it looked like it was good, but I did watch a bit of it now and you're right it's not very good... I can't find any good ones right now on youtube, there mostly lectures
However, Zero point energy is a real thing and if anyone is interested in learning about it here is a good link. Read the introduction links.
