Drenbuterol + Wheybolic
Ok so im not wanting to "bulk up" but when I went to GNC the associate told me to buy these two things. Drenbuterol "Dren" and Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. So I bought them.. now i just dont know what to do. Anyone have a diet and exercise plan they recommend when taking a protein shake?

Wheybolic Extreme is a waste of money, you are paying extra for an instruction that says take three scoops per serving, because thats what it is, if you look at it, one scoop has like 15g of protein, if you just buy some other cheaper protein and make your own shake you will be much better off.

The guy at GNC told me to split the seving size up to take 2 scoops after a morning workout and then 1 scoop at a time at 2 later times in the day. Thanks for the advice. I have the WE60 now so I might as well figure out the best way to use it. Im a total nooby when it comes to anything like this =/

Drenbuterol is basically a fat burner so you should shop around. You can do the same for a protein drink mix and get cheaper alternatives elsewhere. That said, I've bought a couple 100% Whey chocolate drink mixes from GNC and they tasted just fine. But I spend less money on alternatives instead of buying at GNC.

Well you can try returning it, or just use it till it's gone like the instructions say, but if you're trying to bulk you can add everything you need just from your kitchen and some nice lean whey protein. I love the gold standard tubs, 75 servings, 1 serving 24 grams of protein, so take two scoops, 1-3 tablespoons of penut buter 1-1/2 cup of oats, and some kind of fruit.
(Quantities depending on how much you want to gain.) And Blend that all up or eat separately.
Also one quick hint, when buying sups look at the container and see the serving size and servings per container, to see if it's truly worth it.

Ooo, when I saw Bulk Up, I assumed gain weight, ya you have no business with Wheyabolic extreme, its just a marketing scheme, look online for ON Whey Gold Standard, decent price, taste amazing, tons of flavors and low calorie with lots of protein.

If you haven't opened it, you could return it. If you have opened it, I would recommend you just keep it and use it up. It's not going to kill you to do so, and you can buy something else next time. Just a suggestion of course.

have been on a 10 week cut....got away from syntha 6..lots of calories....too many to add into my calorie mix.....back to the wheybolic extreme...thats what Ive been using for my cut...less carbs...20 grams of protein in 1 scoop...you do not have to take their 3 scoop serving....lots of aminos in it...very low fat...low carbs.....compare any protein w/their serving size to the wheybolic...look at the fats/calories/carbs etc...keep in mind how low these numbers are w/ the 3 scoop serving I have no problems cutting my weight....as much protein as I supplement into my diet(shakes) I cant be drinking 1,000 calories of shakes...I eat enough food....I get 2.44 lbs for 28 dollars just now.....not a bad price I dont think, I have 0 complaints.....I have cut from 223 to prob 198 now in 10 weeks....when Im done w/ my cut and decide to bulk I will switch but until then Im staying w/ the wheybolic extreme....GNC or not

Yes, like practically all retailers, GNC has a money back guarantee on their products.

Then you probably shouldn't recommend he keep something he doesn't like just because its open.

Personally if I opened food, drink or supplements - and there was nothing wrong with it, I wouldn't take it back, and that's the basis for my recommendation. First, you mentioning GNC's return policy is irrelevant, because I wasn't telling him he cannot take it back. Second, you recommending that I shouldn't give a recommendation is hypocritical. Third, it's all moot anyway, since he said he's probably going to return it.

Let's calm down a bit...no hard feelings buddy
It's not a post for us to argue it a post to help someone out with some advice, so let's just agree to disagree and leave it at that. Didn't mean to come off like an ass or anything. repped

Yeah no problem, no hard feelings here. I just got the feeling that, like a day later, we were just having a moot discussion because the guy probably already returned it and got whatever he wanted. It's all good. I'm pretty sure the OP is on his way to a leaner body.
