Ok so here it goes..
I am starting to get completely overwhelmed with this weight loss thing. I want to be down to 120-125 pounds. I have read many many things on how to diet and what supplements to take. But I dont know which is right for me. I just recently bought "Dren" (drenbuterol) and "Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60" from GNC. I want to take both and the guy at GNC told me to take both but i am so confused on what to eat and what not to eat.. when to exercise.. when not to exercise.. ect ect. I also have no idea on what types of exercises to do. Pretty much I think I need someone to talk to me as if I were a 5 year old and tell me what I should do. I feel myself getting quite discouraged and thats not good. =/
