    Front squats form help

    Tried them today and had a hard time doing them. Can anybody give me any tips on keeping the bad from slipping off? I don't use the power clean form since I'm not flexible enough. I use the other form (the one ronnie uses in his vids). The bar kept slipping so I had to keep the weight pretty light.

    Or will I just get used to them?
