lbs of weight loss a week, protein intake, tissue percentages lost
I was just wondering if anyone had any kind of information from studies done on the subject of fat loss and what percentages of fat and muscle loss were seen in different situations. For example:
1. Losing 1-2 lbs of week while eating at least 1g of protein per lb body weight
2. Losing 1-2 lbs a week while NOT eating "
3. Losing more than 2 lbs a week while eating at least 1g of protein per lb body weight (not incl the obese)
4. Losing more than 2 lbs a week while NOT eating "
