Random question though, for my chest, my chest muscles kind of like merge into my mid section and don't really "hang over" like there's a lot of muscle mass, is it just because they aren't large enough, is it because there's too much bodyfat in that area, or should I start doing more decline bench?

Re chest, you just need to build it up some.

my chest was the same way, once you get bigger it will change and yes you need declines and dips
bf is about 11%

You just need more mass in your chest. But you look in proportion so just keep working at it and concentrate on each muscle group evenly (including legs lol). Also try adding decline, dips and flys if you havent.

Do dips really work your chest that much. I always do dips as a "tricep" workout. Because my triceps are raping after I do them but my chest doesn't feel it.
