Dymethazine log

I just started a dymethazine cycle today. 15/15/30/30/30/30/30 for the first week. Then 45mg per day until i run out, I bought a box and a half(split second box with my friend). So the cycle should last for about 5 weeks. Im stacking it with xtend, dark matter, wheybolic extreme 60, and max out. I will be using reversitol for PCT. Any suggestions please feel free to let me know.

Today was my second day on the dymethazine, I haven't felt any different in the weight room yet. No increase in weight on any exercises either except bent over barbell row yesterday, I went up 20 lbs.

Here is my 6 day lifting schedule.

Monday:Shoulders
Dumbbell military press(3x8)
Barbell Military press(3x8)
Upright barbell raises(2x8 wide grip, 2x8 close grip)
Lateral raises(3x8)
Rear delt raises(3x8)
Rear delt pec deck machine(3x8)
Cable raises(3x8)
Seated shoulder press(3x8)

Tuesday:Back and Biceps

Diet and Supplement Distribution

I drink scivation xtend with every workout. I immediately drink dark matter for a post workout. Then when I get home I make a wheybolic extreme 60 protein shake with added bananas, peanut butter, and milk. I take 2 maxout pills right when waking up then I lift immediately, 1 post workout and 1 before bed. I take 1 dymethazine upon waking, then I'm going to take another one 6 hours later, then eventually for 3 a day, each 6 hours apart. I take 2 life support by anabolic innovations in the Am and then again in the Pm. I plan on taking some sort of pre workout drink soon, but I need suggestions on what to get.

Preworkout meal: oats with peanutbutter( I need some suggestions on what else I should eat)

Postworkout meal: White rice, yogurt, tuna sandwich, gummy snack, crackers with cheese

Rest of day: I consume only whole grains and wheat and lots of protein

I've been reading logs about Dymethazine because I'm interested in running it sometime this year.

I'm curious if this is the workout or similar workout you used before your cycle. Maybe it works for you, but 25 sets for shoulders, 6 for traps, 24 for back, 17 for biceps, 25 for chest, and 15 for triceps. Then you repeat on Thursday. I know your hitting your shoulders on Monday, but your triceps are going to be fatigued from Wednesday. I doubt you'll be able to keep the same intensity and volume as you did Monday. Also, do you train legs?

You might want to post your entire diet too. I am almost certain, just by looking at your training routine, your diet isn't the best. Who knows maybe your diet is spot on, but your just overtraining yourself. IMHO, at 5'9 145 pounds and a routine that looks like a pros, you should not be using any sort or PH/DS yet. If yo decide to go through, I wish you the best of luck.

the sotcsam is my lifting partner. he does pretty much the same routine that i do, it works great for me but im sure he shouldnt be doing as many exercises that i do. ive been trying to get him to eat more, he still has a bottle of black hole that he wont use. he is making progress though

I have a few suggestions. In your original post you have your cycle laid out for 7 weeks. That is too long. 4 weeks is often plenty with up to 6 weeks max for the experienced. I don't think you will need any more than 30 mg's ED, as DMZ is plenty powerful. If you really want to, then watch how your body responds to the lower doses and any sides. More mgs doesn't mean better! As for your training, PH's can help you recover faster but make sure you don't overtrain as it will become counter productive. Rest and recovery days interspersed thoughout your workout are important. Good luck on your cycle!

I have been using the workout for about a month now. And I do not lock out on anything on shoulders or chest day in order to keep my triceps from getting overtrained. And no I do not currently do legs but I plan on starting soon. i know I need help on my diet, any suggestion as to what I should be consuming due to my strenuous workout routine.

Yeah it won't be 7 weeks at all ha. I messed up when I posted that. It will be between 4 and 6 for sure. My body doesnt seem to get much reaction from anything that is why I planned on doing 45 mg per day eventually but I will wait and see how 30mg per day works out for me. I also will be addressing my routine due to the fact that everyone thinks I may be overtraining. Thanks for the advice!

Thumbs up 3rd day on dymethazine

My third day on dymethazine and it was an epic one, I did back today. I took up the weight in EVERY exercise and I felt amazing. I also weighed myself and I still weigh the same but I will be weighing myself regularly to check my progress.(145lbs still)

bent over barbell row-165lbs
One arm dumbbell row-95lb dumbbells
Laying down machine rows-230lbs
Seated cable rows-180lbs
Lat pulldown-170lbs
Straight are cable pulldowns-100lbs
Weighted pullups-25lb plate

Question 4th day on dymethazine

It was chest today, I didn't feel nearly as good as yesterday I don't know the reason for that? I also weighed myself again, I weighed in at 146 lbs-a 1 lb gain ha.

Bench Press-205 for about 4
Incline Barbell Press-185 for about 4( I sprained my shoulder a while back and this still hurts it)
Incline Dumbbell Press-65lb dumbbells
Chest Press Machine-225lbs
Incline Flies-45lb dumbbells
Cable Flies-45 lbs
Pec Deck-60lbs

*A lot of these still hurt my shoulder so I can't go as heavy as I would like to.
