Hi guys I am following Layne Norton's PHAT workout and I do rack pulls 3x5 on upper strength day and then deadlifts 3x5 too on leg strength day, I wanna know if this is a bad idea or not?
Btw I only do deadlifts once a week on strength day while I do rack pulls twice (3x5 for strength day and then 3x12-8 for back+shoulders hypertrophy day)...
