Looking for a form check. These are my 3rd and 4th working sets. FYI, I am on the ICF 3x5 and on a cut. I had to take a week off for a conference, so this is my first day back. I usually squat 245 lbs, but this felt extremely heavy.
3rd Set @ 225 lbs
4th Set @ 225lbs
Will rep for positive feedback.

Was pretty good form, OP. Actually spot on. Knees didn't seem to go too far beyond the toes, broke parallel, natural back arch and explosive positive. I'd say well done!
Although, this may because it was your 3rd and 4th working set, your torso seemed to lean to forward at times, try and keep it a bit more straight, and you'll be sweet.♦ Paramedic students Crew.
