Which one has the best protein profile? LOOK AT BOTTOM OF PAGE

and the AST bars say there is no sugar and doesnt list sugar alchohals. Does that mean there are no sugar alchohals in them?

The AST Vyo-Pro has an ok profile I guess.

The 3rd one has creatine in it, if you want that or not.

All 3 have artificial sweeteners, AST is using aspartame.

SUPREME BARS for taste. Not a bad profile either. Just throwing that out there if you have yet to try them.

They're pretty low on my list. Only if I'm at a gas station and selection is limited.

Supreme Bars are awesome. Also up there are Labrada bars and Titan bars.

Of course, pay attention to macros - not all of them are as diet friendly as others. Keep in mind that protein bars are essentially a cheat meal - a candy bar with added protein.
