    squirrel is the leanest protein source readily available. u dont even need to pay just go in ur backyard and capture with net. and if u eat the whole thing u get good healthy fats from the acorns it ate before.

    Cottage Cheese to eat with fruit, Yogurt, PB on toast, smoothie, tall glass of milk, protein shake.

    You could also try using the eggs in a recipe where you don't really taste them. Protein pancakes, muffins, breakfast burritos, scrambled added to grits, omelet with lots of meat and cheeses. You could hard boil them, slice and add to salads. I can't eat eggs plain without covering them in salsa or
