Body fat scales and creatine?????

How does the extra water retention from creatine effect a body fat scale reading? For the past two weeks my waistling has gone down about an inch, so I know Im losing body fat the catch is my body fat levels don't move according to the health o meter body fat scale. My weight has gone down just a couple pounds. It should have gone down more but the extra weight is water retention.

my diet is perfect

protein/carb
protein/carb
protein/carb
protein/fat
protein/fat
protein/fat generally speaking thats my diet I know thats the problem because im taking in a lot less calories than my daily maintenance.

So again It must be the creatine that is throwing the calculation off. Can anybody help???

The scales are innacurate. Just because you don't eat fat in the morning and no carbs at night doesn't make your diet perfect, it just makes you paranoid.

Hydration / fluid retention will alter BIA measurements. Whether or not this indeed the case for you is unknown to the forum.

The scales are inaccurate, use pictures they'll show you more.
