Former national competitor here to try and lend you teens a hand
Hi guys,
I don't get online very often, but I managed to find my way to this website and WOW what a collection of outstanding people. I think I'm most impressed with this teen section, and all you young guys working towards your goals!
If I can be of any help answering questions regarding training, nutrition or any other topic, please let me know and I'll try my best to answer and help. Keep in mind I don't get on very often so please be patient if I don't get to you right away. I've still gotta figure this whole forum thing out
