when does it become body fat % versus scale weight

I am 5'8" and have dropped over 50# since the end of November.
I have also dropped over 10% body fat.
My stats on my bodyspace are current as of my competition weigh-in on Saturday 3/30.
I am hitting a weight issue with the scale, but still do cardio at the gyn at least 3 days a week and then a one day/wk hard core weight routine, along with smaller weigh routines during the week.
I am looking for guidance, assistance, suggestions, help.

Is there a point when you can no longer lose weight on the scale, but still change your body fat?

    Thanks so much!

You may have just hit a temporary stall.
If you are in a caloric deficit, you will continue to drop fat and weight. The lower you get, the slower it goes. You are not "gaining muscle" if you are in a caloric deficit.

Where are you calories set at this point? I don't understand what you mean by hard core weight routine, followed by smaller weight routine? Your training should be mod to heavy/intense year round. This doesn't change no matter what the goal.
