I always see people posting about "contradictions" but I never see what they are actually talking about. Just give me some contradictions that you believe. I'm not going to go search for them. I will do my best to help you out. Maybe some of the other Christians can provide some insight as well.

Ahh we started off with a tough one. I should of prefaced this thread by saying that I don't know all the answers and there are some answers that no one knows. That's why it's called faith. But here goes.
Alright so most people think that God must have created another race. However I don't think that is true. Somewhere in Romans, can't remember off the top of my head, it says that through one man, sin entered the world. So therefore Cain and his wife must have been related, either sister, cousin, niece etc. Most people think that Adam and Eve only had three sons, Cain, Abel and Seth. But in Genesis is says that after Seth Adam and Eve had many sons and daughters. God commanded them to be fruitful and multiply, they lived for like 900 years so they probably made woopie alot. The law of not marrying your close relatives or whatever didn't come until Leviticus.
That is my thoughts on it and that is what I always learned. At first I thought that maybe God created more people since the Bible doesn't say clearly he only made Adam and Eve. But I'm not so sure that happened.

Are you asking for factual errors type of contradictions, or contradictions in teachings? I'll provide one of each type...
For a factual error, I'd point to the difference between 2 Chr. 22:2 and 2 Kings 8:26. In the Greek Septuagint, 2 Chr. 22:2 says that Azahiah twenty years old when he became king, while 2 Kings 8:26 says that Azahiah was twenty-two years old. In the Hebrew version, 2 Chr. 22:2 says that Ahaziah was forty-two years old and 2 Kings 8:26 says he was twenty-two. So regardless of whether we're using the Greek or Hebrew, we have an error.
For a difference in teachings, I'd point to the question of whether God can be seen. The Bible claims that "No man hath seen God at any time," (Jn. 1:18) and God reportedly said "you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live" (Ex. 33:20; cf Jud. 13:22). Yet most Christians claim that Jesus is God, and thus God was in a sense seen. Also, there are other examples of God having been seen in the Bible (Gen. 32:30; Ex. 33:22-23)."Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome." - Booker T. Washington

It doesn't say that. I believe you are referring to verse 19 in Chapter 2 however. Is says "Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to man to see what he would name them..." It isn't saying that God formed them at that moment. It is in past tense. God HAD FORMED them. I think that is what you were refering to.

You find the supposed contradictions are from people that are Ignoarant and have never read the Bible in it's eniterity.
Forge 3 with Cain, etc - typical nonsense you hear from people, Genesis 5:4 tells as Adam & Eve had sons & daughters at first they had to marry each other to populate the earth The gene pool was not corrupted then), Cain married a sister, or niece or grand niece. By the time of Cain's death there could have been looking at the length of lives recorded a very sizeable population several million people. N.B. The Bible DOES NOT indicate at what points in his life Cain murdered his brother, married his wife, or built his city.
Same for all these other supposed contradictions, there are in actual fact NONE, no contradictions in the Bible not just saying that it is true.
But for Ignorant people that have never read the full Bible, or studied the original languages, or understand theology, and the purpose and intent of the books in it - there are thousands, every book will have many to people like that.
EVERY & I mean every single person that has come out with contradictions to me has NEVER read the entire Bible not one of them! Never mind understand or have stidied Theology, etc.

I'll tackle this one
Just because you have seen Jesus does not mean you have seen God. God is not the flesh but of the Spirit which is not accessible to our five senses. There jurisdiction is strictly the physical-material realm. That is basic metaphysics 101. The body is the temple and not God itself. So when dealing with things of a deeply metaphysical nature the term 'seeing' must by definition take on a different meaning.

For the first contradiction, my bible says he was 22 in both passages.
For the second, the trinity is three distinct persons in one. So God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are all different but the same being. Complicated and hard to grasp, I know. It is for me too. About the passages that you had at the end. In Genesis 32 is the story of wrestling with God. It never mentions that Jacob saw a man there. He could have been wrestling with the holy spirit. I wrestle with God all the time. That doesn't mean I see him. And Exodus 33:22-23 says "When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. Then I will remove my hand and you will see my back; but my face must not be seen." That doesn't say anything about seeing God.

It is said that the Christian god is all-knowing, yet it is also said in such myths that humans also possess free-will. This has been done to death on this forum though.
While you live, shine
Don't suffer anything at all;
Life exists only a short while
And time demands its toll.

The Bible says Jesus rose from the dead after 3 days. But people don't actually rise from the dead. Jonah lived in a fish or something for a while. The great flood. Water to blood, water to wine. Not getting burned in a fire. Talking snake. etc. All those stories contradict reality.

my response from another thread
I believe God made all the races on the sixth day,Genesis 20-23, you will see God created moving creatures that had life on the fifth day. And the creation of man, male and female, takes place on the sixth day. Notice a female was created. This is not Adam and Eve...
The seed of these are the ethnos meaning (race), or the other nations. In verse 28, every herb and tree that yields seed is given them for food, but the Garden of Eden has not yet been planted. They are told themselves to be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth. I will repeat, this was not Adam and Eve, this chapter closes with this creation already established on the sixth day.
13 And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. 14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. 15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
16 And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.
Think about it, why was cain so afraid someone would slay him if adam and eve and abel were the only ones? i believe its also there in the land of nod he found his wife..* RedMeat Crew *
