carbs question!!

i just start to look at my macro (40-30-30) and i dont understand why you have high and low day of carbs?? what is the advantages??

how many carbs is it??

Some people do high and low carb days to shock the body. Especially if people eat clean all the time and don't do cheat days. Its a great method to use when leaning out.

Carb cycling raises your metabolism by keeping your body guessing. I do a high day, followed by 2 medium days, low day and back to high. If my high carb day falls on a non-training day I substitute it for a medium. This really helped me lean out.
