You say you are a powerlifter, but you realize none of those lifts would have passed in a meet right? I mean your strong but your form made me cringe (srs)

I started off doing bodybuilding style training 8-12 reps 5 day split, then I changed the rep range for squat bench a deads 2 5 or less and continued doing all other exercises at normal rep range , then I decided to compete so did just bench squat and deads once a week , about 8-10 sets each.

GJDM. I don't know why everyone is complaining about your squats. They were perfectly mine to me. With that kind of weight to I'm impressed.

solid bench. mirin. half squats and serious hinging on the deads. not mirin.
squats could be deeper
deads less hinging.
excellent bench
not many people have the core strength to unrack a 550 squat. solid lifts tho. would like to see how you do with full squats and no hinging on the deads.
dunno if on dat dare celltech....if so i take it all back.Jersey crew (732)

squat looked high....
seriously though, quite a fukkin fight you put up to get that bench. impressive."on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp
come by and check out my log. I'm racing to a 275x5 bench and 185x3 strict press with comps.
