Anyone know any real good 4 day splits for strength? I'm a fairly experienced lifter, just hit a bunch of platues(sp?) lately and I'm feeling a need to switch it up. Currently I do a 5 day split with HIIT on offdays, but I need something better to bust through some PR's.

6'0"
227 LBS
Bench = 245x1 (could be higher, but torn rotator last football season)
Squat = 405x1
Deadlift = 425x1
