    How good is this stack, and what should be changed?

    -(Pre) White Flood
    -(Post) Xtend
    -(Protein) Either Nectar or Monster Milk. [I've already got both]

    So yeah......I haven't opened White Flood or Xtend yet, so I can still return those to switch out for something else. What should I do? I was thinking maybe I should swap out Xtend for After shock, or something else, but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

    Dont worry too much about your supps. As i see it, that will be fine. Just pick yourself up some QUALITY whey protein and lift hard. When did you start lifting?

    Alright, thanks. I started lifting a little bit before my freshman year in high school. I will be becoming a senior next school year.

    Also, what are some **specific** examples of quality why proteins? I read up on it, and I now know what to look for, but I'm sort of lacking in that category. I'm never getting monster milk again, that's for sure.

    white flood and xtend both get good reviews so you should be all set. you might want to try the xtend intraworkout.

    Everyone will tell you ON 100% whey is good, and it is, but I think there are a few better choices out there. I like All the Whey's Fat Free whey protein isolate and I'm currently using Isolyze by species nutrition. I'd say those three are my favorite whey protein products.

    Get All the way protein or ON whey.. Also do xtend intra or get a intra like PW and use xtend post.
