Little advice for atg squatters
Never wear shorts that are even a tad snug. First rep blew the button off....... Second rep the entire ass went. I laughed in the middle of a heavy ( for me) squat and tweaked my knee a little bit.

Maybe you should have told this story in induced_drag's "Butt Too Big" thread and help a brother out.

Sorry about the knee. Thanks for the laughs however. It reminds me of a good friend from a long time ago that when camping, squatted down and farted into the fire as guys will do. His sweats caught on fire and burned the Arse right out of them. LOL.
Good luck with the knee.

Knee seems fine. I am VERY cautious since getting hurt. Finished my workout, iced the knee a little and it is fine.

Sorry to hear that. I was waiting to read this as I scrolled down. Sorry to have found it. This is the way of the body. Get hurt have pain, but warm so no problems. Cold the next am and ouch. This is how my shoulder was. I heard the pop, felt the pain, completed three sets of eighty pullups with some assist on the last reps and then felt good. The next am, though holy crap and a month later still holy crap. Seeing Sports med on friday.
Good Luck to you and the knee!

This is funny:
I blew the ass out of my shorts squatting yesterday. I started laughing, I was able to re-group and finish my set. my partner said i thought your knee was popping or something. I told him my ass is growing from these squats and some of my pants don't fit anymore. Oh well, your waist gets smaller but you make up for it in butt lol.
