Okay I cannot tell how much merit to put in all the things that I am reading about negative calorie foods. Lets say that I have lunch every day at 12:30 and try to limit myself to 400 calories. I eat the following:
Bread (160 calories)
Ham (60 calories)
Cheese (100 calories)
Apple (80 calories)
Assuming that there is NO such thing as a negative calorie food (like an apple), i consumed 400 calories.
However, if there really are such things as negative calorie foods (like an apple) then I only consumed, we will estimate, 320 calories. This sounds too good to be true!
Do negative calorie foods, like apples exist? I chart my daily caloric intake, should I go back to each day and deduct 80 calories for the apples I regularly eat?
What's everyone's opinion?
