As long as your not going over your caloric level for the day its fine!!
For me...I try to not eat carbs before bed just because carbs to me are energy and why the hell would I want energy before bed!?
but I ALWAYS have my casein protein shake before bed...maybe a few slices of turkey or cottage cheese....
what are you thinking of eating!?Compound Lifts dominate my training routine

I ALWAYS eat before bed. I can't sleep hungry.
What's more important, worry about eating before bed being 'bad for you' or not being able to sleep? You decide*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

I have a casein shake (milk + powder+ice) and almonds before bed because I find too many carbs right before bed makes me feel a little ill in the morning. I take the casein and almonds cause I always wake up feeling really good, ready to go, and I can't go to bed hungry either. Its just if you are hungry, it fits into your daily intake, and what you feel like eating.
