    Exclamation 14 year old's biceps: wat's the average/ considered "big" size

    I just started working out again and im in my 3rd week. My arm's are about 11'. I want to get them a lil bigger and it would be great if i could keep up with my age.. like 14 yrs old 14' arms. wats the average size for my age. ill post pic's later.

    I'm 14, and mine are about 15.5" I'm trying to get them a few inches bigger. But you're doing good mine were about that big when i started a little while ago so keep working!

    Ya you'll see SOME gains over the summer, but really 2-3 months isn't along time when it comes to lifting...like unless you're a complete beginner just starting then your results won't be what you're thinking. Even then that's not along time. I've heard people all the time be like "ya ima come back from summer swole as ****" never lifted before and thinkin 2-3 months is gonna make a big difference? well nope.

    i am 15 and mine are almost 14 inches i have been growing them like 1 1/2 inches thru the year my goal is somewhere around 16 inches..

    Doesnt matter. for one 16 inch bis would look massive on my frame. Although vascularity plays a role since less bf% will make it look stronger/vascular.

    Doesnt really matter just keep lifting focous on all bodyparts and train hard for your goal.

    When I started my left arm was a little less than 13 inches, and my right was 12.5. I've been working out for a little more than 3 months now, and my left arm is a little more than 14 inches and my right is a little less than 14 inches. They will grow in time, but remember that increasing your bench, squat, and deadlift along with eating a lot of protein will get you bigger arms than bicep curls.
    Current/By July(Beginning of summer) - Bench to chest, squat parallel, deadlift no belt or straps.

    Bench: 215/250

    Squat: ???/315

    Deadlift: 390/450

    Taller people are often lanky, so they have smaller biceps, calves etc...

    Although this is not true for every tall person of course.

    To the poster, don't worry about the "average" size, and just worry about how much better yours are getting with time and effort.

    Im 12 My Biceps Last time i checked where 12 inches in diameter, i doubt there still 12 inches id say 13 inches but everyone's muscles are different. oh and you know how you get that muscle is by tearing your tendons or something like that.
