recently I bought a packet of protein bars from costco, they're branded "think protein"
here are the ingrdients listed on the bar :

I don't know if they're the best ! well .. I think they were the onces with the least saturated fat contents, plus they were sugar free. ( only alcohol sugar)
Will they make a good post-workout snack ???
well if not im cool with that, will they at least be a good regualr snack ?? since we're supposed to be eating 6 times a day with protein snacks.

This combination of protein, fiber, and healthy fats to increase satiety! And no matter how safe people like to say artificial sweeteners are, I would rather give my body real fuel!
I personally enjoy Cliff Builder Bars, similar caloric profile, with fiber fat and protein.
If I remember correctly..., 20 g protein, 8 g fat, 4 g fiber, and maybe 30 g carb????The only person I compete against is myself, the cruelest of opponents

You doin't know what your missing... They got a new Cliff Bar too just peanutbutter, or at least it's in a new package! + I tried cookies and cream which was delicious, chocolate isn't that good.
I usually get at least 4-5 of these a week, they are really satisfying for a treat craving, and give me a sustained release of energy.
Not sure if this matters but the package says, "low GI" lol.The only person I compete against is myself, the cruelest of opponents
