How much time do you spend in the gym with that program and do you do any cardio?
How long have you been on this program?

I havent even switched over to this program yet, I am currently on Riptoes starting strength. But it is TIME to switch, i want to be able to play basketball this summer and my legs just cant handle the 3x a week squats. I have been doing riptoes for about a 16months with 2 2-3month breaks where i did some other form of workout similar to this split.

I spend 45-90 minutes in the gym, probably about 70 on average.

I PLAN to do cardio 2 times a week... hehe plan... for like 30 minutes each

looks fine to me, i have a 3 day split with similar body divisions like you. I would suggest putting the shrugs on the back/bis day, but i am pretty new to all this so take it for what its worth.

I was curious because i'm thinking about changing my routine in the next month. I'm looking for something where i could spend less days at the gym. Right now i have to hit the gym 5 days a week for the routine i'm on now. It's good routine but i would like to hit the gym 4 days a week, not 5.
