cardio and muscle

what is the best way to gain muscle but loose fat as well is doing low intensity cardio good after a workout or not?

i do cardio 3-4 times a week 20 min hiit

I think it depends on what you are trying to do. I am on a bulking cycle right now and I am doing NO cardio. Why? Because when I shred my muscles at the gym, they need all the carbohydrates and fats they can get. What does this have to do with Cardio? Well When doing cardio I am going to use up those essintial nutrients for muscle growth.
