GoB's Journey to a Triple Thread: Hypertrophy, Hops, and Hyoogeness
Hello, I'm currently going to Planet Fitness (ya sux but im poor) and hoping to have a steady workout plan.
At the moment my stats put me as an above average athlete, and I'm concentrating on two sports. Basketball and TaeKwon Do.
Need a nice hypertrophy/power regime to help higher me.
Update biweekly.
Goals
Get to a 35" vert (Currently in the high 20's)
Do a split
Backflip
Bigger Arms/Shoulders/Calves
