You listed your exercise but neglected your diet. It's a common mistake that many people make to think their workout routine is more important.

Whether you are trying to build muscle or lose fat, 70% of the work is done in the kitchen, 30% in the gym. A good diet can work wonders even with a mediocre exercise routine, but no amount of quality exercise can make up for a crappy diet.

Exactly what he said. You could lose 10 pounds very quickly just from water weight and some muscle loss, but it is probabally not what you want to be doing, seeing as how you would be losing no fat, and once you start drinking water again you will put almost all of it back on. Take the slow and steady route, it will be much better for you in the long run.
A year from now, you’ll wish you started today.

But it greatly depends on several factor. Your diet, your exercise, you body metabolism and others. BUt focus mainly on your diet and do more cardio.

Whatever you give to life,it gives you back.
    Do not hate anybody.
The hatred which comes out from you will someday come back to you.
Love others. And LOVE will come back to you..

I'm going to sound like an old man giving you this advice, but you really don't want to try and lose 10 pounds quickly. What you want to focus on is losing FAT, not weight. When I was your age (I told you I was going to sound like an old man), I thought that if I severely restricted my diet, lifted and did tons of cardio I would lose weight and look good quick. Well, lose weight quickly I did, but I lost a bunch of muscle doing so resulting in looking worse than when I started.

As another already mentioned, diet is the absolute key element to successful fat loss and I'd recommend you post up your daily intake, with macro breakdown for a critique. If you need help figuring this out - keep a log on www.fitday.com for a few days and then get back to us.
