    how does this look

    how does this look for a summer bulking diet that i wrote??
    anyhelp is appreciated.

    protein carbs calories fat (nutrition facts listed in this order)

    bfast- upon awaking(after cardio)

    6 scrambled eggs- 33.3 g 27g 498 36.6g
    2 pieces of toast - 5g 24g 120 2g
    1 banana- 1g 23.4 92 .5
    1 serving cytogainer- 54g 79g 580 5g
    total- 93.3g 153.4g 1,290 44.1g

    2 hrs later
    snack-
    2 pieces of wheat bread 5g 24g 120 2g
    2 scoops pb 8g 7g 190 16g
    2 scoops sugar free jelly 0g 13g 80 0g
    1 serving cytogainer 54g 79g 580 5g

    total- 67g 123g 970 23g

    2hrs later-preworkout
    -NO shotgun

    post workout shake-(immediatly preceding workout)
    -cytogainer- 54g 79g 580 5g
    1 banana 1g 23.4 92 .5
    total- 55g 102.4g 672 5.5g

    dinner-
    chicken 28.2g 0g 239 13.2g
    mashed potatoes 1.9g 16.7g 106 4.2g
    greenbeans 1.2g 4.5g 20 .1g
    total- 30.1g 21.2g 365g 17.5g

    before bed
    cytogainer 54g 79g 580 5g

    total- 55g 102.4g 672 5.5g


    daily total 302g 501.4 3,969 95.6g


    to me this looks like to much for a 145-150lb 17 year old anyway help is appreciated

    monday-bi/tri/abs
    tues-chest/back/claves
    wed/off
    thurs-shoulders traps abs
    friday- legs

    i do low intensity cardio on monday and friday mornings
    thats my split
    if itll help ill post up my full routine.
